HealthyMVMT has recently released a new eBook titled "Hydration and You." This eBook aims to provide readers with a comprehensive guide to understanding the importance of hydration and how to stay properly hydrated. The eBook contains seven chapters that cover a range of topics related to hydration.

Why release “Hydration and You?”  Recognizing that 80% of people do not get enough water each day, we want to help people dive deeper into this topic and recognize how important hydration is to their daily lives.  It affects our health, both mentally and physically.  It keeps skin healthy. Hydration helps to maintain and lose weight.

Our hope is to motivate people to take hydration seriously.  To recognize the benefits and seek ways to reach their daily goal.

Chapter 1: The Importance of Water

The first chapter of the eBook focuses on the importance of water in the body. It explains how water is essential for various bodily functions, including regulating body temperature, transporting nutrients, and removing waste. The chapter also discusses the effects of dehydration on the body, such as fatigue, headaches, and decreased cognitive function.
