When was my product made?
We hardly ever have stock on hand, we are always behind on production as it is a long process from washing the fruits to slicing and drying each fruit separately. So it is safe to say that your product is as fresh as it can be.
What are the ingredients?
Each product will have different blends. A blend of a group of sliced fruits from 3 to 4 different slices. Please see the product page for a clear breakdown of each blend and its ingredients.
Are there any additives in the infusers?
NO, 100% sliced dry fruits. There are no need for preservatives either as the drying process is what preserves the fruits.
What do I do if I haven't received my confirmation email?
Please check the spam folder of your email. If it’s still nowhere to be found, please email us at: support@healthyMVMT.com.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is only a flat rate of $4.75.
Free sample + Shipping?
All free samples will have a shipping and handling fee. This fee will be covered by you, while we cover the product cost only.
I still have not received my product yet?
If you ordered a free sample, your order might take a bit longer as we prioritize Ultimate Pack orders due to the limited quantity of all of our products. However if after 15 days you still have not received your package, just reach out to us and we will take care of it.
I have a wholesale inquiry?
We currently do not sell wholesale because of the limited quantities we produce.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 10 to 15 days to receive your order.
Once you receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped, please allow between 7-15 business days for your order to arrive.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders come with a tracking number, which you will receive in an email once your order has been dispatched.
I have not received my tracking number or order confirmation?
This usually occurs if you either opted for SMS notifications instead or if you have misspelled your email address, either ways you can contact us with your full name and we will correct it for you.
How can I modify or cancel my subscription?
You can either email us or use the link you first received in the email confirmation when you first signed up. Once you click on that link you will see your subscription details, from their you can either change the frequency, the product quantity, pause, cancel or re-activate your subscription.
Will I have to pay taxes and duties?
It’s important to note that once your order reaches its final destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which is paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
*Currently, we’re not shipping to Afghanistan, Cuba, Guatemala, Iran, Mexico, North Korea, South Africa, Sudan, Syria and Yemen due to unreliable shipping carrier services. Europe at the moment.
